With the new 'Grange' ceremony barn, there are many exciting opportunities for wedding ceremony music at Hyde House. In the summer, we will often site ourselves to the right of the ceremony gazebo, under the shade of the tree, affording us the perfect sight-line for entrances and exits during ceremonies, before moving up on to the terrace to play during drinks receptions. There is also the option to position the quartet on the terrace, a little way back from the ceremony which can add an extra emphasis on the entrance of the bride. In inclement weather, the quartet fit snugly at the rear of the room (by the entrance to the bar), with a similar position in The Grange.
For indoor drinks receptions we will often move to the large opening windows, or just out into the entrance hall.
