Wedding music in Salisbury
We ventured a little further afield to play for the wedding day of Emma and Andrew. The couple chose classical music for their traditional Catholic service, including Clarke ‘Trumpet Tune’ for the Bride’s entrance, Schubert’s beautiful ‘Ave Maria’ as they signed the registers, and Handel’s ‘Hornpipe’ from the Water Music as the couple walked out. We made a quick getaway after our performance so that we could arrive at Burcombe Manor before the guests, and entertained them on the lawn with classical music whilst drinks were served. We included a special performance of the theme from the Trout Quintet for Emma’s Grandad – we’re so glad he enjoyed it! During the wedding breakfast in the marquee we played guests’ selections from our Jukebox cards….and we even found time for a quick game of badminton when we took our break!
